COCKTAIL SERVING
Cocktail inspiration: 'DAILY GRIND' ... who doesn't like coffee and Vodka - make it, it's definitely worth it
- 45ml SALT Vodka
- 45ml Coffee Infused Vermouth
- 10ml Yoghurt Syrup
- 15ml Maple Syrup
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir down for 30 revolutions, strain and serve in a Rocks glass. Garnish with orange wedge.
Yoghurt Syrup:
- 100g Yoghurt
- 100g Sugar
- 200g Water
Simmer all ingredients in a pot then take off heat and chill. Filter through a coffee filter and bottle.
Coffee Infused Vermouth:
- 250g Sweet Red Vermouth
- 10g Spent Coffee Grinds
Place ingredients in an airtight container to macerate for 24 hours, strain through a coffee filter and bottle.

‘COASTAL PALOMA’ – now this is a must and so easy ….
- 50ml SALT Sea Salt Vodka
- 10ml Lime juice
- 10ml Agave syrup
- 45ml Ruby Grapefruit juice
- 60ml light tonic
Combine, stir and pour over ice
